We care about the people who use the websites and applications we build, so we take user experience seriously.
Designing experiences, not pages.
Our web design process has always been focused on creating re-usable, modular user interface elements that allow users to easily navigate the site's content without becoming frustrated or confused. We think of each site as an end-to-end experience, not simply a group of informational pages. Coupled with our history of working with sites that have a variety of different types of audiences who need to access many different types content, we've cultivated a team and a process that generates beautiful, functional websites and applications.
Objective, by Design
Our designers, like all designers, certainly have a subjective eye for aesthetics. However, our work is always driven objective best practices that are backed up by user experience data. We focus on consistency, usability, and intuitiveness when designing websites and apps, and carry those concepts from our initial discussions through to the design process and into development.
At every step of our process, we validate our user experience assumptions with user testing, where we recruit end-users to test the effectiveness of our menu structure, and to test the overall intuitiveness of the interface design. Our user testing approach can be tailored to suit the needs of each project.
